2.How long is the Eastgo Electric Scooter battery life?
The Eastgo Electric Scooter battery uses Samsung lithium-ion battery cells. The battery can be charged more than 1000 times, so it should be good for three to five years under normal usage.
3.How do you recharge the scooter?
Our scooter can be charged conveniently using regular wall outlets via the included external charger and fully recharges in approximately 4  hours. The charger can take 110-240V, just like most popular consumer electronics.
4.Is it legal to use electric scooters?
Use of electric scooters is legal but limited to certain areas. Please check with your local traffic authorities on where it can be used. 
It is recommended that users keep to 15km/h on footpaths and less than 25km/h on cycling paths. They should not be used on public roads. Wearing of helmet is also encouraged. Please read this article on latest guidelines for electric scooters.
5.What is the weight limit for a rider?
Our scooters has a safe maximum weight of up to 100 kilograms. Do note that the scooter’s performance such as range and speed will decrease for heavier riders.
6.How do I choose an electric scooter?
Depends on which factor you are most concerned with. 
They are: size, speed, warranty, price, battery.

7.What's your warranty/refund policy?
The warranty covers defects that are not caused by negligence (E.g. the motor stopped working  without exterior damages). 
However, if there is obvious dents or damages on the product due to misuse/accidents, we are unable to cover for that. 
Under warranty, our technician will perform repair services for free. The repair usually takes 1-2 weeks. If repair is not possible, we will provide a new product. The warranty period varies for different product. You can check the individual page for the warranty period.

9.Is it easy to learn how to control the scooters?
It is extremely easy to learn to control, anyone can be good at it within 10-15 minutes of trying out. If you can ride a bicycle, learning how to ride the scooter will be a walk in the park.
10.Are the electric scooters' battery removable?
From what we know there isnt a model available that has removable battery (all batteries are rechargeable). Pretty much like iphones, the batteries are built into the body of the electric scooter. 
Therefore, charging it requires you to bring the scooter to your charger.
Since many electric scooters are foldable, we believe that wouldn't be a problem for most people.
11.Can electric scooters be carried onto trains and buses?
Yes, we have seen many people do that, however, only foldable ones are recommended as you might be stopped by the staff if you carry in an unfolded scooter.
12.What's the average lifespan of any electric scooter?
Depending on how often you use it, some electric scooters can last up to 3 years without maintenance, on average it would be around 2 years.
